What to Get the Mother Who Has Everything

This picture of J.D. has nothing to do with the topic of today's post; it's just funny.
Dear Readers,
What do I get my Mother for Christmas?  Don't worry, she doesn't read my blog.  I have several options, but most of the creative things I can do I have already done.
Option 1:  Something for her wall
Problem with option 1:  Her walls are full.
Option 2:  Make her a photo album
Problem with option 2:  My sister has already done it.
Option 3:  Clothes
Problem with Option 3:  Too many problems to count with buying someone else clothes.
Option 4:  Handmade jewelry
Problem with option 4:  Done that already.
Option 5:  A crocheted afghan
Problem with option 5:  Too late
Option 6:  Music
Problem with option 6:  What music does she not have?  Where do you think I get my music?  (I mean. . . oh, crap)
So, you see my issues?  Help!
     Sincerely,
     Uncreative and Idealess

  1. Didn't Tonya buy her Dad a star one year?
I think they're cheaper than islands...

  2. I still think you could do option 5 of the crocheted afghan. Just make it Barbie sized for when the grandkids come play.
    I'm a genius.

  3. I really loved a gift I got once that was chocolates. On the outside of the container it said "you deserve a chocolate because..." and then on every (individually wrapped) chocolate was something nice about me. I've done that gift for others (with things about them)and it is usually well liked -- as long as they like chocolates! If not that, a letter telling your Mom all the ways you appreciate her is sure to be loved as much as any thing!
