Sewing Discord

I prefer to iron on badges and patches for scout uniforms.  Sewing them on has taken all afternoon and I still am not done.  I was told it was easy.  Don't believe it; this is one of the hardest sewing projects I have ever done and I sewed a Cinderella dress for Halloween.  That doesn't even touch it.  Why can I not get these things on straight?  Grrrrrr.
