I began cutting it to keep it from tangling. Then it was in her face all the time, so I cut it shorter. (left)
It was still in her face because it was too short for a ponytail and she kept taking out her hair clips, so I resorted to a shorter cut.
The left side isn't that bad, but then she wiggled. This is the result: (right)No she did not do this to herself. Oh well. At least hair grows. E says she looks like a boy and is very upset. It's my fault and I refuse to cry about it, so I have to just laugh. Now I'm resigned to the fact that A will have ugly hair until she can sit still.
Oh... hair does grow back!
ReplyDeleteIt isn't as bad as you may think. She just has that really good layer look. Eventually she will sit down and hold still for you. Especially when she figures out that she can do fun things with longer hair.
