Halloween Fun

After a fun and successful ward Halloween party, we piled in the car and drove to the Christensen Hotel.  We arrived after 11 p.m. and were thankful we made it safely.  Sweet Boy thought, after his long nap in the car, it was time to play for several hours.  Not a pleasant night.  The next morning we went over to my parents house for the going away party for my brother who is going into the Air Force tonight.  In honor of the event we borrowed an excellent camera and my mother's friend took many pictures of our family.  This shot is near the end when A and Sweet Boy were DONE with the experience.  I'm not happy about my hair in most of the shots, but overall we look good and we finally have a high quality family photo.  Our last one was when B was a baby.  Too long to go without a good picture.

That night we dressed up all the kiddies and went trick-or-treating.  All 14 grandchildren on one doorstep, pretty funny.

A lion and a monkey are missing.  3 princesses, 2 lions, an elephant, a monkey, a cowboy, superman, 2 vampires, Darth Mal,  2 witches, 2 adults dressed like babies, a Dr. Pepper, and a monkey's uncle made for a zoo filled wonderland of fantasy for the festivities.  Saying goodbye to my brother was hard, but it is the best thing for him and his little family.  Hopefully we will see him before the three and a half years of his training and first assignment are up.

P.S.  Sorry about the typo.  I was at craft day and a friend noticed it for me.  I then went to Wal-mart to get some on sale candy to put into Big T's lunch (who are we kidding, for me to eat).  I got all the way there and noticed I didn't have my purse and Sweet Boy had fallen asleep.  Oh well, at least I was saved some money and thousands of calories.
On a more positive note, here is my favorite shot of the day.
