I love my parents! It was so great to have them here to celebrate all that I am grateful for in my life. Dinner turned out beautifully and was really tasty. I made a pumpkin cheesecake instead of several pies, yum!
Big T had to go to work today, so my Dad and I went shopping this morning. We waited an hour and we had nobody in our way at all. We walked right up to the register and did not have to wait in line. We did miss the main thing I wanted at Wal-mart, no surprise there. Even If I had woken up at the crack of dawn, we wouldn't have gotten the big door-buster items. As it was, we had an uncrowded experience and I whole-heartedly enjoyed myself. Happy shopping for the rest of you crazies that spent the morning punching old ladies for your big discount.
I have not desire to go shopping today. In fact, I am doing my best to avoid it.

ReplyDeleteLeon was at our Walmart this morning and couldn't even park in the parking lot! I was warm in my bed blessing his heart for trying.
We go get our Christmas tree the day after thanksgiving every year. So now acting crazy for me.
